of the Lord's House
Rev 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. Clearly mountains here referred to must be symbolic. What do they represent?
Many theologians points to the city of Rome and say that the Vatican is in Rome and Rome is built on seven mountains. Therefore Revelation 17: 9 must be pointing to the Vatican in Rome. To single out Europe and the city of Rome as the seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth would be inconclusive. As there are many cities built on seven mountains and many of them have religious establishments on them.

In
Asia one of the hill town of Tirumala is precisely where the Temple
of Seven Hills, the Tirumala Venkateswara is built. This temple is affirmed to
be the most active place of worship in the world.
Therefore we need to
turn to the scripture to identify how the scripture use mountain in
prophecy.
Joe_3:17
So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my
holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no
strangers pass through her any more.
Where
is the Lord dwelling? In Zion His holy mountain.
Psalms 87:1-3 His foundation is in the holy mountains.
The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God.
According to this verse, Zion is synonymous with city of God, and it is a place that God loves. Zion is Jerusalem. Mount Zion is the high hill on which David built a citadel. His foundation is in the holy mountains. His foundation is in His holy people.
Zec_8:3
Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the
midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth;
and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.
Here
we see the Lord is not talking about a literal or a specific mountain
located someplace. But rather to his people. His holy people.
Zep_3:11
In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein
thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of
the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no
more be haughty because of my holy mountain.
We find Daniel presenting his supplication before the LORD his God for the holy mountain.
Dan_9:20
And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the
sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the
LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God;
Isa_66:20
And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the LORD
out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and
upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem,
saith the LORD, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a
clean vessel into the house of the LORD.
Eze_20:40
For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel,
saith the Lord GOD, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them
in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I
require your offerings, and the firstfruits of your oblations, with
all your holy things.
Through
out the scripture God has used MOUNTAIN to represent his people. Here
He is sending a message to the people of the last days. Are we in the
last days today? Then this massage is for us today.
Isa
2:2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of
the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains,
and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto
it.
Isa
2:3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to
the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he
will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of
Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
In
the Last days God will establish His Religion above all religions and
many people shall say let us go to the religion of the Lord and he
will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths

Rev 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Here in Revelation 13:1 it is clearly seen that all seven heads blasphemies. Therefore the seven heads are seven unholy mountains on which the woman sits. This cannot be a seven mountain city that have a religion in it. For there are many such cities in the world today. There are many cities upon seven mountains and many of them have a religious establishment a house of worship built in them just like the Vatican is built in Rome.
However in Europe is found Seven major Religions and the word pronounce blasphemy on all of them. These seven Religions are mountainous in the amount of people that are part of them. Religion forms some of the major political policies in that region. Therefore the woman, the Church is riding the nations of Europe. She sits on all seven Religions and she is controlling the nations. The rider is the governor of the beast, therefore the various religions are imposing upon the State the values of the respective Religions.
