There is no doubt and neither will anyone argue that the United States of America goes around the world exporting democracy. The Cold War was all about the exportation of the ideology of communism versus democracy. Doubtless, communism has lost and democracy has prevailed. Democracy is the mark of the United States of America.
Democracy is defined as a form of government in which supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation, usually involving periodic free elections. Most democracies today are a representative form of democracy involving periodic free elections. The essential elements of democracy are the separation of powers, such as the separation of the administration from the legislative and the judicial branches of government, basic civil rights, human rights, religious liberty (in which a group is allowed to worship Satan if it so chooses and it has a right to do so) and the separation of church and state. However today, democracy has come to imply the universal right to vote, competition for office, freedom of speech and the press, and the rule of law.
Page 105
All that is wrong with this system of democracy is not clearly known, and neither has it been exhaustively studied to identify its evil. However what is known is that it commands the fury of God.
The angel said if any man is patriotic (worship) to the United States of America (the beast) and to the United Nations (the image) and receives democracy in total acceptance (forehead) or will protect it (right hand), the same will take in the doctrine (wine) of the fury of God. This doctrine of unrighteousness and social demoralization is poured out without mixture into the cup of God’s resentment, and that person will be tormented with fire and brimstone.
Page 106
There is a deep sadness in that many saints will reject the foregoing simply on the basis that they point to the beast and his image in another direction for many years and have become comfortable with that theology. This is a deception perpetuated by the evil one to lead the children of God astray. However, all praise to God the scripture says if it were possible.
“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect” (Matthew 24:24 KJV). If it were possible, they would deceive the very elect.
Democracy is the mark of the two-horned beast or the mark of the United States of America.

    The United States Supreme Court
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. -Article III, Section 1, The Constitution of the United States.
In the federal court system the Supreme Court has final appellate jurisdiction over all courts in the United States.
The United States Supreme Court has nine (9) sitting Judges nominated by the President of the United States and confirmed by the Senate.

The United States Appellate Court

Notice that, according to the Constitution, Congress creates courts.

By implication, Congress also has the power to reorganize and even dismantle the court system. This clause provides one of many examples of the checks and balances in the Constitution, but it also reveals the Founders' intent to grant greater powers to the legislative branch than to the judicial.

The fact that most of the basic court structure has changed little since it was created by the Judiciary Act of 1789 is an indication that Congress does not readily use this power. The relative independence of the court system, as well as the evolutionary power of the judicial branch, has been generally respected by members of subsequent Congresses.

The federal court system is divided into 12 geographic circuits. For example, Circuit One includes the New England states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Circuit Nine includes seven states in the far western part of the country. Originally, each state in each circuit was to have one district court, where all federal cases from the state originated.
There are twelve (12) regional circuit Court of Appeals and one (1) US court of appeals for the Federal Circuit.

    The United States Trial Courts

Over time, as the population grew, additional district courts were added. Today, a total of 94 district courts exist; they are staffed by more than 600 judges. Some circuits have more than others, based on population, but each circuit still has only one court of appeals. Cases not settled in the courts of appeal may be appealed further, but only to the Supreme Court.
