The Beast wounded by a sword

There are three text in Revelation 13 that talks about wound in reference to the first beast of Revelation 13. These three texts are they referring to the same event?
Here are the texts as found in Revelation 13: 3 and Revelation 13:12, 14
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. Revelation 13:3

And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. Revelation 13:12
And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. Revelation 13:14

Is Revelation 13: 3 and Revelation 13:12, 14 the same event?

Theologians of differing Christian denominations will tell you yes, they are the same event. Therefore there is a consensus among theologians regardless of their denomination that these three texts are referring to the same event. A closer look will reveal the events between Revelation 13: 3 and Revelation 13:12, 14 took place about 147 years apart from each other and that they are not the same event.

Seventh-Day Adventist have long held the wounded head of Revelation 13:3 to be the Papacy. Rightly so, because head in prophecy is Religion. Therefore the beast of Revelation 13:1 have in it seven distinct religions. That fact is true even today; there are seven distinct religions in Europe. The Papacy was wounded as though it was going to die but the deadly wound is healed. The question is what caused the wounding of the Church and its subsequent healing? Did General Berthier taking the Pope captive in 1798 have anything to do with the wounding of the head? The short answer is no, it did not. However, the Church was wounded as if it was going to die but true to the word the deadly wound is healed.

In Revelation 13:12, 14 we see the beast itself was wounded by a sword and did live. Observe here it is not one of the heads that is referred to but rather the beast was wounded by a sword. The Bible says a beast in prophecy is a nation. The Nation that replaced the Roman Empire is the European Nation. The European Nation look like unto a leopard, its feet are the feet of a bear, and its mouth as the mouth of a lion: Take a look of the coat of arms for the nations that comprise the European Nation.
On September 1, 1939 Germany invaded Poland; this was the beginning of a world at war known as World War II. Before long all of Europe was at war, the beast was wounded by a sword; the sword of war. However when it was over by 1945 not one of the European nations was conquered and change hands. The beast, was wounded by a sword, the sword of war and did live.

The events are not the same. One event took place with the Church, the Christian head and the other with the beast the European Nation. However there is a consensus among Christian theologians regardless of their denomination that these three texts are referring to the same event. Satan is leaving no stone unturn to mar this prophecy in a pool of confusion.
